Ciorba de pui Țărănească este cu adevărat o rețetă tradițională românească, plină de arome și gusturi autentice. Aceasta se prepară din carne de pui proaspătă, legume variate de sezon, cum ar fi morcovi, țelină, ardei gras și cartofi, toate fierte lent pentru a permite aromelor să se amestece armonios.

Ingrediente: carne de pui, ceapa, ardei kapia, ardei gras, morcov, telina, cartofi, mazare, fasole verde, pasta tomate, bors, leustean, sare.

  • Chicken Borscht is truly a traditional Romanian recipe, full of authentic aromas and tastes. This is made with fresh chicken, various seasonal vegetables such as carrots, celery, bell peppers and potatoes, all cooked slowly to allow the flavors to blend harmoniously.
