Fasolea, bogată în proteine și fibre, se combină perfect cu ciolanul afumat, care îi conferă o aromă distinctă și un gust profund. Legumele atent alese adaugă un plus de savoare și textură ciorbei. Un alt aspect important al acestei ciorbe este combinația de condimente, cum ar fi dafinul, boiaua și piperul, care îmbogățesc și mai mult aroma preparatului.

Ingrediente: ciolan afumat, fasole boabe, pasta tomate, morcov, ceapa, ardei gras, rosii, telina, leustean, foi dafin, cimbru, tarhon,usturoi, bors sare, ulei.
